Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Local – a platform operated by Table Top Technology Services W.L.L. in the Kingdom of Bahrain – you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Table Top Technology Services W.L.L. (referred to herein as “Local,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Local provides an online platform (the “Platform”) accessible via our website and mobile applications through which dine-in customers can order and/or pay at partnered restaurants using a QR code interface. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of Local’s services, whether you access the Platform via our website or via our mobile application. By using the Platform (including by scanning a Local QR code at a restaurant, browsing the menu, placing an order, or making a payment), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Eligibility: You must be legally capable of entering into contracts (for example, at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Local’s services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use; you agree not to use the Platform for any business purpose other than dining at participating restaurants as a customer.
Modifications
Local reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We may do so, for example, to comply with new laws or to reflect updates to our services or business practices. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on our Platform and update the “Last Updated” date. You should review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Terms are posted will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
